Our Customer Experience team is expertly trained and can solve most issues at home. In the event a problem cannot be solved remotely, we'll be happy to assist with a repair. Terra Kaffe covers all repair-related costs if the TK-01 is still under warranty. If the TK-01 is no longer under warranty, you can purchase an out of warranty repair package.
