We engineered your Terra Kaffe machine to be the reliable anchor of your morning routine, and we stand behind our hardware. If your machine experiences a manufacturer defect, our limited warranty ensures we get you back to brewing as quickly as possible.

Here is exactly what your warranty covers, how long it lasts, and what you need to do to keep it active.

### Coverage by Machine Model

Your limited manufacturer’s warranty is tied to both time and usage. Coverage lasts for the stated time period or the stated brew count whichever comes first.

### What is Covered by the warranty?

If your machine fails due to a manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship (specifically non-moving parts) during your active warranty window, we have you covered.

*   **Parts & Labor:** Fully covered by our certified technicians.
    
*   **Transit:** We cover the shipping costs to and from our official repair center.
    

### The Authorized Network Rule

To be eligible for warranty support, your machine **must** have been purchased directly from Terra Kaffe or an official authorized reseller.

Machines purchased from unauthorized off-price retailers, third-party marketplaces, or secondhand sellers are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. If you want to verify if a retailer is authorized, please reach out to our Customer Experience team.

### What Voids the Warranty?

We want to help, but certain actions will instantly void your hardware coverage. To protect your investment, **do not**:

*   **Play Mechanic:** Opening up the machine casing or attempting unauthorized repairs outside of our network voids the warranty.
    
*   **Export the Machine:** Our current warranty is only valid for machines actively used within the 50 United States.
    
*   **Cause Accidental Damage:** The warranty covers manufacturer defects, not drops, spills, negligence, or misuse.
